CT66

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT66 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,728 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT66-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, MYEF2, and OASL. Each is linked with CT66 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT66-to-partner and partner-to-CT66 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CT66 versus VEZF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT66→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT66) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
