Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CT66 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CT66 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CT66 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CT66 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and UCS show a favorable association.

UCEC, PAAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where CT66 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
