Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT55 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT55-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and RNA localization. Each is linked with CT55 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT55-to-partner and partner-to-CT55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleobase-containing compound transport grouped by CT55-low versus CT55-high in STAD.
