Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT55 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT55-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACSL4, FAM161A_S396, and NUDC_S281. Each is linked with CT55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT55-to-partner and partner-to-CT55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CT55 versus ACSL4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
