Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT55 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT55-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 14-3-3_beta, and ERK2. Each is linked with CT55 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT55-to-partner and partner-to-CT55 results are reported.
