Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT47B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,523 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT47B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Protein localization to chromosome, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with CT47B1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT47B1-to-partner and partner-to-CT47B1 results are reported.
