Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CT47B1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CT47B1 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CT47B1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CT47B1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, KICH, and READ are the cancer types where CT47B1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
