The most reproducible CT47B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of lipoprotein particle clearance, Regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production, and Positive regulation of oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with CT47B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT47B1-to-partner and partner-to-CT47B1 results are reported.
