CT47A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT47A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT47A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP1, LAMA5, and FBH1. Each is linked with CT47A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT47A1-to-partner and partner-to-CT47A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRP1 grouped by CT47A1-low versus CT47A1-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT47A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT47A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
