Across TCGA cell cohorts, CT47A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CT47A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR47, CYLD, and PLCB4. Each is linked with CT47A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT47A1-to-partner and partner-to-CT47A1 results are reported.
