Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CT45A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT45A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLGAP4, ST18, and PLCB4. Each is linked with CT45A7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT45A7-to-partner and partner-to-CT45A7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DLGAP4 grouped by CT45A7-low versus CT45A7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT45A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT45A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
