Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CT45A7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CT45A7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CT45A7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CT45A7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV are the cancer types where CT45A7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
