Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CT45A6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 117 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT45A6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLITRK1, UTRN, and SERPINB8. Each is linked with CT45A6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT45A6-to-partner and partner-to-CT45A6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK1 grouped by CT45A6-low versus CT45A6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT45A6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT45A6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
