CSTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD17B10, SNRPGP8, and RPL7AP69. Each is linked with CSTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTL1-to-partner and partner-to-CSTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSD17B10 grouped by CSTL1-low versus CSTL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
