CSTF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, ASPM, and GINS1. Each is linked with CSTF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF3-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSTF3 versus KIF11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
