Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSTF2T Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CSTF2T data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher CSTF2T Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSTF2T expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PRAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where CSTF2T Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
