CSTF2T

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTF2T protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF2T-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBTD1, COIL, and DNA2. Each is linked with CSTF2T in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF2T-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF2T results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSTF2T versus MBTD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF2T→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF2T) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
