Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSTF2T RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,832 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSTF2T-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, and Regulation of meiosis I. Each is linked with CSTF2T in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF2T-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF2T results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport grouped by CSTF2T-low versus CSTF2T-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
