CSTF2T

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSTF2T mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 373 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF2T-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNT2, KIR2DL4, and ETDB. Each is linked with CSTF2T in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF2T-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF2T results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WNT2 grouped by CSTF2T-low versus CSTF2T-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF2T→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF2T) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
