CSTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SI, GPN3P1, and TTTY1. Each is linked with CSTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTF1-to-partner and partner-to-CSTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SI grouped by CSTF1-low versus CSTF1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
