CSTB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,892 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDCP1, UPP1, and TBC1D2. Each is linked with CSTB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTB-to-partner and partner-to-CSTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSTB versus CDCP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
