CSTB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,099 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A8, S100A9, and PGBD1. Each is linked with CSTB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSTB-to-partner and partner-to-CSTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSTB versus S100A8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
