CST9L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST9L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST9L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETSAT, RNF4, and RNU6-660P. Each is linked with CST9L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST9L-to-partner and partner-to-CST9L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETSAT grouped by CST9L-low versus CST9L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST9L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST9L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
