Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 217 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CST8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02485, RNU7-12P, and VCY. Each is linked with CST8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST8-to-partner and partner-to-CST8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02485 grouped by CST8-low versus CST8-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
