CST7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CST7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4285, MIR1343, and PPIAL4F. Each is linked with CST7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST7-to-partner and partner-to-CST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4285 grouped by CST7-low versus CST7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
