CST5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CST5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CST5-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, GFRA4, and ACSM6. Each is linked with CST5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CST5-to-partner and partner-to-CST5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by CST5-low versus CST5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CST5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CST5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
