CSRNP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRNP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,208 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRNP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, MIR1255B2, and COX15. Each is linked with CSRNP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRNP3-to-partner and partner-to-CSRNP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by CSRNP3-low versus CSRNP3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRNP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRNP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
