CSNK2A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK2A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,184 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSNK2A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXNDC5, GALE, and DEF6_S590. Each is linked with CSNK2A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK2A3-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK2A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSNK2A3 versus TXNDC5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK2A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK2A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
