CSNK2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSNK2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,456 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSNK2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS17P15, LINC01943, and ARRDC3-AS1. Each is linked with CSNK2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSNK2A2-to-partner and partner-to-CSNK2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS17P15 grouped by CSNK2A2-low versus CSNK2A2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSNK2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSNK2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
