Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,657 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell receptor signaling pathway, Myeloid leukocyte differentiation, and Positive regulation of interleukin-4 production. Each is linked with CSN3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSN3-to-partner and partner-to-CSN3 results are reported.
