Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CSN3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CSN3 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CSN3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CSN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and BRCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, MESO, and STAD are the cancer types where CSN3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
