The most reproducible CSN1S1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of leukocyte adhesion to vascular endothelial cell, Regulation of lipopolysaccharide-mediated signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of growth. Each is linked with CSN1S1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSN1S1-to-partner and partner-to-CSN1S1 results are reported.
