Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,956 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL5A1, CTHRC1, and THBS2. Each is linked with CSMD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSMD2 versus COL5A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
