Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,456 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, EIF3L, and SNU13. Each is linked with CSMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD2 results are reported.
