The most reproducible CSMD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of spindle assembly. Each is linked with CSMD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD2 results are reported.
