Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 925 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL21A, MRPL39, and TTC39B. Each is linked with CSMD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD2 results are reported.
