CSK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSK RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RYR3, PCDH11X, and EPHA5. Each is linked with CSK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSK-to-partner and partner-to-CSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RYR3 grouped by CSK-low versus CSK-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
