CSK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,310 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, GRAP2, and TLR8. Each is linked with CSK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSK-to-partner and partner-to-CSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSK versus CYTH4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
