CSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB11, DCP1A, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with CSK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSK-to-partner and partner-to-CSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB11 grouped by CSK-low versus CSK-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
