CSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN34, CBLN4, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with CSK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSK-to-partner and partner-to-CSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN34 grouped by CSK-low versus CSK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
