CSH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,132 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCAM1P, ZYG11A, and RAD54L. Each is linked with CSH2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSH2-to-partner and partner-to-CSH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
