CSF3R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF3R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,362 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF3R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX11, APBB1IP, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with CSF3R in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF3R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF3R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSF3R versus STX11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF3R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF3R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
