CSF3R

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF3R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,092 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF3R-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIN3, SLC8A3, and TCL1A. Each is linked with CSF3R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF3R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF3R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSF3R versus RIN3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF3R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF3R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
