CSF3R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF3R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF3R-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPARP-AS1, LINS1, and NARS1. Each is linked with CSF3R in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF3R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF3R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPARP-AS1 grouped by CSF3R-low versus CSF3R-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF3R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF3R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
