CSF2RBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF2RBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,423 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF2RBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCAR3, CXCR2, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with CSF2RBP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF2RBP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSF2RBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSF2RBP1 versus HCAR3 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF2RBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF2RBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
