CSDE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSDE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSDE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRAS, BCAS2, and TRIM33. Each is linked with CSDE1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSDE1-to-partner and partner-to-CSDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSDE1 versus NRAS in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
