CSDE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSDE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSDE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD3B2, RCHY1, and TSPY3. Each is linked with CSDE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSDE1-to-partner and partner-to-CSDE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSD3B2 grouped by CSDE1-low versus CSDE1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSDE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSDE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
