Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP172, RNU6-789P, and SNRNP25. Each is linked with CSDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CSDC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP172 grouped by CSDC2-low versus CSDC2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
