CSAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHJ1P, LINC00709, and CCL27. Each is linked with CSAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSAG1-to-partner and partner-to-CSAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
