CSAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,536 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSAD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, VEZF1, and MYG1. Each is linked with CSAD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSAD-to-partner and partner-to-CSAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSAD versus RPL26 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
